Juliet Gentile, Ph.D. Scientist- BioDAQ/ Diet
Juliet received her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Virginia Tech before working as an ELISA assay development scientist for two years. She then went on to pursue a PhD in Nutritional Sciences at Rutgers University. During her graduate studies, she investigated the neural regulation of feeding behavior in obese animals on time restricted feeding paradigm using the BioDAQ Food and Liquid Intake Monitor. She has research experience in the fields of obesity, nutrition, nutraceuticals, metabolism, and microbiology. Her unique expertise provides her with the knowledge and understanding to support researchers with their custom diet formulation and BioDAQ needs.
